We do not provide refunds for disputes submitted after 24 hours. All UGC orders that have been delivered to the customer via email are final and non refundable. There is no way for us to recoup our labor costs for the video. We do, however, offer 5 revisions on all orders. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.
