Hello, Nala. I am sorry that You had such an unpleasant experience. Below is a paragraph from our lead designer, who worked on Your store. This was written on the 30th of august 2022, when Nala left their first negative review.

"I'm really sorry that this happened. However, i believe that this client had no idea how things work. Not saying, that we, as a service provider, are perfect and there's no room for improvement, but this lady seems too emotional and with unrealisticly high expections. Throughout her review, she had kept on undermining the services. There are some clients who are really hard to satisfy because they think everything is easy and that they could do it by themselves in a shorter time.

She had a no clear direction for the things she needed right from the start. She kept on changing the brief for the logo. A few things she mentioned like review page and vector files were in the process and have been delivered today. But she couldnt wait, I guess.

I've been into services business, and I believe that no matter how hard you try, you're bound to face a few clients now and then who could not be satisfied. That being said, I'll make sure from end that things do not go this way in the future."

As for the 10K Instagram followers, they have all been delivered and are still visible on Your instagram account. I don't understand why You would lie, just to hurt our reputation.
